to stay. We are not an "Affiliate Website"
that simply places links on a website and
knows nothing about the products.

regarding the deliver process. If you need

Please allow 1
to 2 weeks for
delivery of your exercise equipment
Shipping
charges for continental US destinations
are clearly indicated on your order. We
only accept orders within the continental
US. Orders from outside the continental US
will not be processed.
Exercise Equipment Shipping Time
Generally orders are shipped within 24
hours after your funds have cleared. Of
course there may be circumstances which
may delay an order from being shipped at
which point you will be notified of the
delay. Delayed shipping rarely occurs but
may be do to the following situations.
A product may be just coming out of
production and into inventory which could
delay an order. A product is scheduled for
production and none are available at the
time.
Exercise
Equipment Delivery
Time
Delivery normally takes one to two
weeks. Depending on your location it could
take anywhere from one to four weeks
although we have found two weeks to be the
most popular time frame. We only
ship within the continental United States.
We do not ship internationally. For custom
"Design your Own" orders your may need to
allow additional time for your unit to be
assembled if acceptable to the exercise
equipment you ordered.
Exercise Equipment Order Tracking
Some products
are shipped directly from the manufactures
warehouse, in which case we may be unable
to provide you with a tracking number
immediately. The delivery company
responsible for shipping and delivery will
normally contact you to schedule a time
for your merchandise to be delivered to
you. Most items ship via freight,
which typically takes longer than the
smaller UPS shipping items.

Exercise Equipment Shipping
Information
Shipping on
large or heavy items are curbside
delivery. For some larger items such as
free weights and commercial gym equipment,
it may be necessary to recalculate the
shipping rates based on the weight and
oversized nature of the item. These
charges will be different than what you
may receive in your Order Confirmation
Email. All applicable insurance and
handling fees will also be added to the
cost of shipping your order. These fees
will be fair and as inexpensive as we can
