At Home Gym Center we pride ourselves on our superior customer service.

Please keep in mind, most orders are shipped directly from the manufactures warehouse, we are not able to obtain tracking numbers from them until three weeks after you have placed your order.

Please allow two to four weeks for delivery.

• Orders under 150 lbs. generally take 5 - 10 business days (FedEx or Ups)

• Orders over 150 lbs. generally can take 2 to 4 weeks (sometimes longer if items is out of stock)

Generally all approved orders are shipped within 24hours to 3 business days.

Prior to delivery you will will be notified by the shipping company to schedule a convenient time for delivery of your order.
